Technical Writer Content Designer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Technical Writer Content Designer in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Develop a broad range of artefacts, from highly technical system and infrastructure documentation to plain‑English user guides and training materials.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence and Jira) to support documentation, workflow management, collaboration, and reporting.
• Demonstrated evidence of delivering work and measurable outputs in alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) lifecycle, including planning, execution, review, and continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrated strength in creative communication and critical thinking, including the ability to question assumptions, challenge conventions, and articulate well‑reasoned alternative perspectives.
