Technical Lead

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Technical Lead in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Provide technical leadership and decision-making within the Scrum team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and strategic direction.
• Define and maintain the team’s technical design approach, ensuring solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks by proactively identifying potential failure points and implementing robust solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to align solution intent, contribute to the architecture runway, and influence enterprise patterns.
• Lead technical planning during PI Planning, including enabler prioritisation and dependency mapping.
