One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ServiceNow Platform Systems Engineer in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a development or engineering role.
- Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITIL processes.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and role-based access control and ISM security compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
- Maintain the security posture of the platform at or above the level needed for Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 compliance.
