We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Conducting thorough analysis of current service operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Evaluating future service needs and business requirements to ensure services remain relevant and effective.
- Monitoring service performance and address potential issues.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Managing customer complaints and generate effective solutions.
