Senior Performance Tester

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Performance Tester in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years experience in performance testing and performance engineering across large, complex systems.
• Proven ability to define, maintain, and apply enterprise performance testing guardrails aligned to the Enterprise framework.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining performance testing roadmaps, with clear delivery paths, milestones, and maturity uplift goals.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with enterprise performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner), including scripting, execution, and tuning.
• Experience operating in large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery streams.
