Senior Commercial Advisor – ICT Procurement

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Commercial Advisor – ICT Procurement in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience in complex ICT contract negotiations, especially for whole-of-government or large-scale software and cloud arrangements.
• Proven capabilities in market analysis, pricing benchmarks, and commercial and risk mitigation strategies, particularly with SSA vendors.
• Thorough understanding of Australian government procurement frameworks and probity obligations (which may include states and territory laws and procurement policies).
