One of our Federal Government clients is looking for SAP Technical Support Officer in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Assist FHS and SAP users to resolve issues, including maintaining help desk records.
- Ensure documentation and training materials are developed and updated for common support issues.
- Manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP system changes.
- Provide specialist support during enhancement and maintenance projects.
- Work collaboratively with other ICT and finance teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
