Salesforce Solution Lead

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Salesforce Solution Lead in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Interpret and assess business needs to design tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
• Develop and present solution prototypes and technical designs to demonstrate feasibility, maintainability and value.
• Lead the technical Salesforce delivery team to ensure a successful implementation and delivery.
• Review developers’ implementations, champion best practice and out-of-the-box solutions, recommend improvements.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Strong proficiency in declarative configurations such as Flows, Permission Sets, and Security Models.
