One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Program Manager in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale programs (5+ projects) in an Australian Government setting.
- Demonstrated experience using Agile methodology to support strategic objectives and deliver to time, cost, quality, and scope.
- Ability to foster team culture and lead small teams, including providing clear direction, effectively oversighting tasks and coaching to build high performance.
- Driving continuous improvement of ICT delivery through effective guidance, mentorship, support, and training.
- Ability to conduct critical analysis and use available information and professional judgement to solve complex problems and implement pragmatic solutions.
