Principal Software Engineer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Principal Software Engineer in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Monitoring the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies. Assessing and documenting the impacts, threats and opportunities to the organisation.
• Develops organisational guidelines for monitoring emerging technologies.
• Leads system design activities for strategic, large and complex systems development programmes.
• Identifies and manages the resources necessary for all stages of systems development projects. Ensures that technical, financial and quality targets are met.
• Develops and drives adoption of and adherence to organisational policies, standards, guidelines, and methods for system design.
