Medical Systems ICT Support Officer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Medical Systems ICT Support Officer in Tasmania.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in the support of medical health systems and devices in a geographically diverse clinical environment.
• Updating and maintaining medical devices, connectivity, and associated software.
• Experience in maintaining medical health record data, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Supporting Telemedicine computer systems such as IntraHealth Profile, VisionFlex and TeleMedic, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Providing break/fix support for doctors’ Personal Computers (PCs), laptops, and related end-user devices.
