Lead Business Analyst

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Lead Business Analyst in Melbourne.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Experience working as a BA (Lead) in complex business environments.
• Professional BA qualifications, such as a relevant bachelor’s degree in fields like business, IT, or business analytics.
• Visualisation skills and the ability to present complex systems information in clear and digestible formats.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements across diverse technical and non-technical groups.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies during transformation initiatives.
