One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Technical Lead in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Delivery and Operation, Technology Management, Technology Service Management (ITMG) – Level 6.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related fields, ITIL Foundation certification and 5+ years of experience in delivery management or service delivery.
- Exposure & technical experience with Cloud technologies like Entra ID, Intune, Modern Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Windows server), Security (MDM, Sophos, Defender, Tenable),
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell, MSI/MSIX packaging, and desktop SOE deployment.
