One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Service Continuity Lead in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Hands on experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and service integration.
• Good knowledge of 24/7/365 enterprise environments and customer-facing platforms.
• Expertise with process design and process maturity.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and emerging technology best practices.
• Proven expertise in Service Management & Technology Operations.
