One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Change Manager in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes arising from Requests for Change (RFCs) within complex ICT environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing organisational change in complex ICT environments, including supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and managing end-to-end change lifecycles.
