CMDB Developer Service Manager Expert

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for CMDB Developer Service Manager Expert in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Experience in CMDB Data Model, Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
• Knowledge and experience in ITOM Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, Discovery Credentials.
• Liaising with technical teams to analyse and implement change to integrate the Service Graph Connectors with CMDB.
• Designing, reconciling and optimising identification for reliability and high quality work.
• Reviewing discovery schedules, discovery status, and processing validation to ensure authoritative and correct correlated CIs are updated and to minimised duplication.
• Provides advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
