Change Managers

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Change Managers in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management working within a project or program team.
• Conduct detailed change assessments to identify potential impacts of IT projects on various business areas and processes.
• Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of IT systems and business process changes.
• Demonstrated experience with the application and understanding of Organisational Change Management Strategies and Methodologies.
• Undertake change impact assessments and develop readiness, transition and adoption plans across impacted business areas.
