Change Managers

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Change Managers in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Proven ability to translate complex IT solutions into clear, outcome-focused communications that articulate business value and support the transition to future-state operations.
• Assist with analysing data to inform scope definition, performance metrics and user experience.
• Identify and support opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity and user outcomes.
• Strong capability in leading process improvement and efficiency initiatives, leveraging innovation and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.
