ICT Change and Release Manager

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Change and Release Manager in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated proven experience with coordination and facilitation of Technology Change, Release & Deployment Management processes and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence and persuade others to work toward a common vision or goal.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of IT service transition along with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
• Collect necessary information from CABs and other sources for applicable decision body to determine authorisation of changes.
• Validate the interfaces with all other service management processes are maintained and integrated.
