We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Map and analyse existing processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for delivery teams.
- Support the development of program and project artefacts for business cases and governance.
