One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Associate Service Desk Analyst in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Experience in: M365 Apps, application packaging, PowerShell scripting and Level 3 troubleshooting skills.
- Build and deploy Windows devices using Intune and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) configurations.
- Develop and maintain the organisation’sSOE across laptops and desktops.
- Provision and support devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Provide advanced support for Intune-managed devices, including specialist PCs used for video/audio processing.
- Support BitLocker encryption, AppLocker/WDAC policies, and endpoint protection strategies.
