One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Associate Change Analysts in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an ICT Change Analyst role delivering desired business outcomes in complex ICT projects.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and structure, and applying to ICT Delivery in a “Wagile” project utilising Agile rituals within Prince2 governance framework.
  • Experience in assessing training needs and preparing training user guides, videos and online courses.
  • Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver drafted and timely communications content as per business requirements.
  • Experience with identifying benefits, supporting the delivery of benefits, and providing evidence-based outcomes of benefits realisation.
