Active Directory Subject Matter Expert

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Active Directory Subject Matter Expert in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Manage, monitor, maintain, and administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Ability to analyse and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems interface with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions.
• Troubleshoot, determine root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with escalated IT Support queries as needed.
• Delivery of IT infrastructure project including upgrades, migrations, deployments etc.
