We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Systems and business analyst experience with Commonwealth agencies / Government Departments.
• Good understanding of with BPM tools (BPMN and UML).
• Experience supporting User acceptance testing.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Systems and business analyst experience with Service Management Tool uplift.
