One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ServiceNow Technical Lead in Canberra and Brisbane.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues to minimise downtime.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering results to a high quality, within time constraints and with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and customising ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks, such as ITIL and TOGAF.
