One of our NSW State Government clients is looking for Support Officer in Goulburn.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a customer-centric service organisation such as a contact centre, service centre, shared service, corporate or managed service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn and implement new processes and procedures quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer experience building rapport, understanding customer requirements, and delivering best-possible service from first contact.
- Understand and use available technologies to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness.
