Principal Mainframe Engineer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Principal Mainframe Engineer in All States.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Significant experience in one or more of the following streams: IBM Z\OS mainframe, using a variety of mainframe programming languages and application development suites including but not limited to Z\OS, JCL, CICS, COBOL, DB2 and REXX, Gen (Broadcom), previously CA:Gen, AllFusionGen, CoolGen, IEF, IET GuardIEnand model management.
• Preferred experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
• Leads the selection and development of software design methods, tools and techniques.
• Develops and drives adoption of and adherence to organisational policies, standards, guidelines, and methods for system design.
• Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation.
