One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Service Delivery Manager in Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Assists with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards.
- Monitors service delivery channels and collects performance data to continuously improve customer service and resolve or escalate issues.
- Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels as negotiated and agreed with customers.
- Diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service.
- Analyses and designs business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies for the team and service.
- Assesses the feasibility of business process changes and recommends alternative approaches.
