One of our NSW State Government clients is looking for Manager – Operational Contract in Sydney.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in contract and panel management, with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including performance monitoring, risk management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline, or equivalent experience preferably, including experience in contract/commercial support of delivery/infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute detailed Contract Management Plans, including establishing KPIs, governance structures, risk identification and mitigation, monitoring performance, benefits tracking, and outcomes reporting.
- Manage panel performance to ensure the alignment of suppliers with contract objectives and performance expectation.
