Lead Training Designer Content Designer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Lead Training Designer Content Designer in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a range of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Demonstrated experience in training development.
• Takes responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and manages development to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Selects appropriate tools, methods and design patterns to design user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service.
• Design, development and delivery of a variety of professional learning experiences, materials, briefings, group presentations and instruction to educate and uplift staff capabilities.
