Content Strategist

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Content Strategist in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Refine content on the website to ensure it meets user needs and promotes ‘self-service’ wherever possible.
• Develop new resources to assist users in complying with their obligations under the act, including video content, interactive resources and user guides.
• Improve helpdesk operations supporting it platform through developing and refining processes, procedures, scripts, training and other materials as needed.
• Support communication messaging and stakeholder engagement as work is undertaken to develop a new entitlement management system to replace the existing ageing system in accordance with the combined pass business case.
