One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Service Desk Analyst in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution.
- Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.
- Examines records for evidence that appropriate testing and other quality control activities have taken place.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience supporting users via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face.
- Determines compliance with organisational directives, standards and procedures and identifies non-compliances, non-conformances and abnormal occurrences.
