Test Lead

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Test Lead in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Lead the Testing Guild, fostering alignment on testing standards, tools, and practices across teams.
• Define and maintain the branch-wide test strategy, covering functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
• Champion a quality-first culture, embedding testing early in the delivery lifecycle and promoting shift-left practices.
• Drive the adoption and evolution of test automation frameworks, ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure testability and quality gates are built into solution designs.
