Delivery Manager

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Delivery Manager in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning to increase performance, engagement and retention.
• Strong cybersecurity background is required to plan and deliver cyber deliverables for a significant and sensitive program of work.
• Experience delivering telecommunications uplift projects with a cyber lens.
• Experience managing large, multi-year programs of work for major organisations.
• Working knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), PSPF (PSPF) and Essential Eight (E8).
• Demonstrated commercial aptitude is required to negotiate deliverables and expectations with multiple vendors.
