One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Systems Engineer in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Delivering expert support and advice for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
- Automating tasks and streamlining implementations using PowerShell scripting.
- Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
