One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Change Manager in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

  • Design and implement change management strategies aligned with program objectives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
  • Develop and deliver change plans including training, communications, engagement, and resistance management.
  • Collaborate with program managers, business leads, and HR to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Measure change effectiveness and adjust plans as required for sustained outcomes.
