We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Hands on experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and service integration.
- Good knowledge of 24/7/365 enterprise environments and customer-facing platforms.
- Expertise with process design and process maturity.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and emerging technology best practices.
- Proven expertise in Service Management & Technology Operations.
