One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Service Design Manager in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Experience with industry-standard service design frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Extensive experience in managing and overseeing ICT service management functions, ensuring service design activities meet departmental objectives and adhere to quality standards.
- Strong technical understanding of modern ICT infrastructures, including multi-vendor environments, networks, software solutions, and security protocols.
- Facilitates business decision-making processes and Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
